There is a setup fee of $25 applied to your the first invoice for SD receivers only. There will be a non-refundable lease fee of $100 for each HD receiver. All invoices will be sent out electronically. If you do not have an Email address it will be your responsibility to remember to send us your payment. All Credit/Debit card payments will automatically be made at the first of each month. If you are paying by check you will need to mail your checks to us at Bloomington Video and Data PO BOX 366 Bloomington, IN 47402. You must return all receivers to our office when you are moving out and you must do so before the beginning of the next month or you will be charged for the full month of service. Payment is due at the beginning of each month between the 1st and the 5th. There will be a late fee of $10 for any account over a month past due. Any account past due over two months will be deactivated. There will be a $25 reactivation fee to turn service back on. All lease fees and first month of service is due at the time of activation. Add additional receivers for 10.00 per month. Add HD service for only $10.00 per month. Sign up for both and make use of DirecTv's On-Demand programming (Ethernet connection required). Additional receiver fees, HD programming fees, and any premier programming fees will be charged by DirecTV on a separate bill.
